About Priscilla Szneke
Priscilla Szneke BSN MSc is a mindfulness and meditation teacher. She has taught a variety of mindfulness programs, and is a certified MBSR and Mindfulness-Based Blood Pressure Reduction instructor as well as a Mindful Habit Change community facilitator. She is adjunct faculty at the Mindfulness Center at Brown University.
Having spent 30 years in the healthcare field, she appreciates that mindfulness is an important component to our well being and her intention is to share these practices with those who are looking to grow personally and professionally.
Priscilla Szneke is based in Rhode Island but teaches on-line as well as in-person. She offers classes in mindfulness and meditation, and she is authorized to teach Insight meditation.
Offerings
We offer a variety of workshops focusing on mindfulness and meditation that range from an hour meditation to multiple day retreats, as well as four, six and eight-week courses.
