ABOUT PRISCILLA SZNEKE
Priscilla Szneke BSN MSc is a mindfulness and meditation teacher. She has taught a variety of mindfulness programs, and is a certified MBSR and Mindfulness-Based Blood Pressure Reduction instructor as well as a Mindful Habit Change community facilitator.
Having spent 30 years in the healthcare field, she appreciates that mindfulness is an important component to our well being and her intention is to share these practices with those who are looking to grow personally and professionally.
