We offer a variety of workshops focusing on mindfulness and meditation that range from an hour meditation to multiple day retreats, as well as four, six and eight-week courses.
Insight or Vipassana Meditation starts with focusing attention on an object to cultivate concentration as well as calming the mind. We then have the opportunity to be with what is occurring without reactivity.

Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction is an 8-week program consisting of 2 ½ hour sessions each week and one daylong class on a weekend after either week 5 or 6.The course is educational, experiential, challenging and highly practical. It includes 30 hours of classroom time, mindful movement, awareness exercises, small and large-group dialogue, daily assignments, and recordings of guided practices.

Finding Peace in a Frantic World
This is an evidence-based program based on Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MB-CT). It is a set of simple yet powerful practices that you can incorporate into daily life to break the cycle of anxiety and stress and it’s intention is to promote a happier and more joyful life. Finding Peace is an 8-week program, 1 to 1 1/2 hour classes with homework taking 10 to 20 minutes per day.
